On Christmas Day my running group were planning on going for a run on Boxing Day morning. I thought about going due to the amount I ate and drank. I decided it was easier to take a senekot instead and have a big poo!

Yes it is dangerous and not right if done every day to lose weight, but the odd occassion to help with bloating and over indulgence is OK.

It's not to lose weight it's just an idea to avoid the bloating of over eating. Don't think anyone was recommending it as a weight lose diet idea
