Do you know of any decently priced venues in Birmingham, West Bromwich or Dudley Areas, we will be marrying in a Church and then onto the venue for a sit down meal for around 60 and then the reception for around 150.
Also, i really like green (its my fav colour) but like a light pale green a nice soft colour. Im not sure what colour to put with it... An y suggestions?
And also could you suggest some high street shops that do nice bridesmaid dresses no higher that around £100 each as i have 6 bridesmaids!!
Thank you so much! Cordelia xx

Do you have a book face page relevant for your area? We have one and very useful for things like that. Or go to local fayres and see what's on offer

Really no i dont know anyone who has been married most of my friends are not even close to marriage yet, i dont know what to do!!
What do you consider to be a reasonable price? When I started looking I didn't want to spend more than £4,000 all in on venue and food, but it was almost impossible where we are and to get what we want. We're now spending about £7,000 all in, which seems to be about the average for the area. I've had a look at venues in Birmingham and if it were me I love the look of Old Library/Custard Factory but their online brochure doesn't have prices, and it sort of depends on your budget and what you picture your day looking like xx

Im not from your area but g00gle is a wonderful thing I searched for "wedding venues Dundee" although I already had a few preferences of where we would of liked to get married, but I requested brochures etc and emailed some of the local venues to ask for prices they were all really helpful and sent me emails with brochures attached or put them in the post, some venues list prices on their websites to give you an idea of where package prices start so they might be worth contacting too and discuss in detail as there are ways for venues to cut down on certain costs and that can save you money on the price. xx

I agree , you just need to do some research online.. Type in as sarah says Wedding venues in Birmingham e.t.c and voila a million comes up even type in cheap wedding venues and you will get a list of ones offering packages e.t.c. all depends on your budget and what type of venue you want.. if your looking for something unique, old, a barn , grand, simple, outside.e.t.c . need to work that out then look through what comes up and find out prices.. exicting looking for venues... good luck :) if you are on a tight budget, bets thing would be is to hire a village hall and get caterers in. Im having canapes after the ceremony , a sit down afternoon tea (sandwiches, cakes, scones) for 60 and a hog roast for 100 and its costing £1500 . Everything really depends on how much you want to spend and what you looking for in a venue and food :)
Soooooo excited to be marrying my Best Friend !!
