    Hi all
naturally im a born stresser and a complete worry pot!
over a year ago now i found a dress after trying on many and after a good 8 months of trying it on and looking at other i ordered it through the bridal shop.
Im now having a total melt down thinking its not the right one, ive lost weight since which i dont think as helped as i keep seeing mermaid style dresses that i really like and that would probably look nice now im thinner!

The dress ive chose is a Justin Alexandra 8694- very plain and simple- which attracted me to it- im not really a lace person. but now im possibly thinking its too simple!

Would be great to see other brides in this dress? or similar? and would be great to get peoples opinions on whether the motif at the waistband-should i extend that right round the waist?

In a complete tizzle and could cry!!

    Hi,

    it's a gorgeous dress!

Maybe you can bling it up with accessories or ask the shop if they are able to add crystals to it or change the belt detail to your own design? :)

It is really nice. If you don't want anything fancy you shouldn't have something fancy, don't compromise your individuality because you feel you should have something a certain way

That is a stunning dress, I love it. Maybe if you think it's plain you can wear more sparkly jewellery, earrings, tiara etc. Have diamantés in your bouquet, that kinda thing.

My dress was very plain but that meant I could wear a diamond necklace, earrings, have some sparkly in my hair and have diamantés in my bouquet without it all looking ott.

The dress is gorgeous!!! If your worried the shop can alter it to make it more of what you want but honestly it's a lovely dress. You may feel differently when you have it on again and it fits you perfectly

This is an absolutely gorgeous dress, I don't think it is plain at all, you could dress it up with sparkly jewels. It's such a stunning dress that it really does not need detailing on it.

The dress is stunning. Truly is. The simplicity is what makes it so.
Don't change it, it's a dress or all sizes!

Wow-what a beautiful dress, I think once you try it on again you will realise why you fell in love with it in the first place. If not then you can alter it, although I think it is beautiful how it is :)

I've ne'er seen anything like that, so elegant, it's lovely! I don't think it needs altering or modifying in any way. I think you just need to try it on again and see it on again, sounds like its been a while. I think if anything maybe just dress it up with jewellery x

I agree, it's so elegant, sparkle it with accessories.

My dress is very sparkly so I've had to be careful with my jewellery/accessories. But you can go all out and will look stunning!

I think this dress is stunning. It doesn't need to be glitzy to have the wow factor. This is a dress that's timeless, you'll be as to look back in years to come and not think it looks dated.

It's natural to have doubts when you buy your dress, it's such a big decision and there are millions of dresses to choose from that it's easy to doubt your final decision.

I agree with the other girls that you should go and try it on again. Maybe ask the shop to let you try on different veils and accessories so you can see what the final picture would look like.

But trust us, it's stunning x

Wow, it's beautiful! I agree that you should try it again and see if the shop will let you try some jewellery so you can see what it's like with accessories. I did that with my dress :o)

i was in exactly the same boat. i originally picked the justin alexander 8630 for my dress. i went with my bridesmaids to pick their dresses and tried mine on again (after losing 2 stone) and hated it. ive now changed it to the dress in my picture album xx

I love it! If that was me I'd take the waist belt embellishment off too! Nothing wrong with a classy plain well cut dress! I did and had a long cathedral veil aswell x

It's a gorgeous dress. I would say go and try it on again. I had similar wobbles about my dress but as soon as I tried it on again I fell in love with it all over again x
