Hello ladies! So I picked my wedding dress on Saturday and paid my deposit! Then came home and got scared that I should have gone for a different style!
I love the dress and when I was in it I felt amazing in it on the try on but now can't stop worrying that I picked the right one eek!
I went for Annasul y and now can't get Jenny Packham out of my head thinking I should have gone for one of her dresses
Does eveyone feel like this after committing to THE ONE

There were a number of dresses that I really loved, and I did sometimes wonder if I should have gone for something different, but when I put the dress on after it had been altered I had no regrets.
30th August 2014 was the best birthday ever.
It was the day that I became Mrs. Dixon.

I found 'the one' and new it and even now I know it's 'the one'! Had it picked for years and when I tried it on it just confirmed that. If you're worried it may be that you aren't 100%. I'd say go try it on again, it'll make you feel amazing again and hopefully get rid of the worrys

Have you got a pic of your dress you can look at? I had a few wobbl with mine especially before it came into the shop. I kept on looking at the pics of it and knew it was the one.

Thank you ladies. I know I'm wobbling because it's such huge decision and just want to feel amazing on the day, huge pressure! The one I have gone for is Annasul y Ivory lace dress sweet heart neckline and I think I am worrying I should have gone for is the Jenny Packham Imari 2012.
I have got pics but have to pay and have membership to put the up :( xxx
You can put them in your profile but you will need to unrestrict it for people to see.

I think everyone goes through a small stage of this. I think if you loved that one enough to put a deposit on it then don't worry. It must be fantastic for you.x

oh I feel like this every now and again. I choose my dress months ago and even though ive been back to the store and tried it on again, which I still loved may I add! I cant help but think about other dresses. I tried on about 8 dresses before choosing mine so I know in my heart it is the right one for me however it does not stop my anxiety and it probably wont stop until I have it here with me. I know that may seem a little odd to some people but I just cant help other thinking things when it comes to the wedding

Amanda someone who feels the same as me! I felt terrible think this about "the one" glad to hear it's not just me. Don't get me wrong like you I felt amazing in it and felt it was right but it's such huge decision you question yourself, I'm an overthinker too too! ;)
I got that worried today and almost called the bridal shop to see what they could do, luckily it was closed today and having thought about it I know I'm just being silly. I only put the deposit down on Saturday so still a new BIG purchase!
The thing is my dress in total is £1500 and the dress I keep thinking about is starting at £2,500 so realistically can I afford an extra £1k when the dress I have chosen is amazing too?! my mother in Law to be even said to my fiancée on Saturday eve after the fitting at a family dinner how lovely I looked in the dress (she came to the try on with my mum and me)
I also thought that me and my fiancée are going to be starting a family soon after the wedding so realistically an extra £1k might not be a sensible investment. But I also can't help thinking I'm making exucuses... Arghh lol it's round in round in circles :)
I'd love to show you all photos but can't upload or change my profile pic for some reason, always good to get an external persons perception as my friends are too nice lol

I think yours is gorgeous! My advice is to stop looking and pondering, everyone has niggle doubts but it is a big decision. Try and remember how you felt when you had it on and don't panic :)

Your dress is gorgeous! Much prefer your one to the other one. I've not got my dress yet but from what I've read from other brides to be, it's totally normal to feel how you're feeling. As MrsK said, it's a big decision.. you're bound to have a few wobbles! Maybe go back and try it on again and remember all the reasons you fell in love with it x
Happily married

Love the dress you've ordered! To be honest I don't like the silky one, I don't think it looks very 'bridal' (no offence to anyone). I think the one you've gone for is gorgeous and really suits you.
I had a little wobble and had wedding dress envy of something that's completely different to what I've got, I emailed a few local stores to see if they had it, and nobody did so I took that as a sign to stop worrying. I think you phoning the store when it was closed may be yours x

The one you've gone for it gorgeous! Definately the best choice out of the two. I think it is normal to have a little wobble after committing to your dress, go back and try it on every time you feel like this and you will realise why you chose it :) x

I like your chosen one better :-) I think it's natural to have a wobble about the dress, I know a girl who got married recently and TWO WEEKS before her wedding she changed her dress!! Also my colleagues sister is getting married in August 2016, she got her dress a few weeks after getting engaged in August this year and is already having doubts about it!! I tried on about 50 dresses, none of which really felt like 'the one'. The one I liked the best was £2500, way over my budget so I was considering buying second hand......even though there were still things I'd change about it!! So then I thought 'f**k this' and went to a dress designer as I had an exact image in my head of what I wanted. She drew it and is making it. I want a blush coloured dress so have had some stress choosing fabric but it's all good now and she should have it made by the end of January or so :-). I often have a little wobble thinking what if i don't like it when its made but i do have faith in my designer and she said if there is anything i want changed/added throughout the process she will do it. I am trying not to keep looking at dresses online and its hard especially with FB pages , pinterest etc!! My dress is going to very similar to Hayley Paige Miss Opal :-) xx

I had the same problem I found a dress that I loved and felt amazing !! apart from I didn't place a deposit , I thought no wait and see how I feel, I then was convinced it was the one, got my friend to come along and see it , i kept looking at daydreaming about my day and when tried on again I loved it even more then the 1st time so I said yes will have it, its the one.. i said i would get payment sent over next day.. then as i got into my car i had a niggle, i suddenly was 99 percent sure.. i kept thinking is this really the look i want (quite princess fairytale but very elegant) and popped into another bridal shop and tried on a totally diff dress and I got very confused.. I still loved the other dress so went back week later and tried it on again to check i still wanted it and while i still loved it and felt amazing i realised that actually I don't want this look, i had always imagined i would have a princess dress but really I want the other look, vintage boho which is a lot more grown up than the princess one so booked an app at another shop and the assistant told me to try on a dress and Bingo , its amazing.. and def the one ! and i feel like a super confident woman in it rather than a fun princess girl..if you know what i mean... go with how you feel, did you feel different in one more than the other , decide who you want to be on your wedding day.. you want the dress to be you, but also you want to look in away that you have never seen before...so peeps go wow ! now i have found this out, i don't have a niggle at all. Im confident that i have bought the right dress and look :) Good luck, its hard isn't it with so many dresses and style out there.. x
Soooooo excited to be marrying my Best Friend !!
