I've just made a post and realised that the writing at the bottom in pink isn't correct anymore as we had to change our wedding date and I can't for the life of me remember how to change it! Please can someone help and tell me how as according to that I got married this year an I didn't lol (I think it's called a signature?!) x

Did you email the main ukbride guy to set it up? I think there is a sticky at the top of the main forum with 3 or 5 stars in the title? That could help, maybe?

It says it is a power tool and to access it you need to have 5 gold stars (or be a power user). Sounds like it's possibly something that has changed since you originally did it x

Looks like your silver hearts aren't showing because your profile is restricted. You can unrestrict it by going to my profile > my details and change your privacy settings. Not sure on the ticker though x

Your hearts don't show up cod your profile is set as private instead of public. Maybe u once paid for power user status but it ran out? As it runs out on a monthly or yearly basis dependent on when u paid for it... Don't think you can update it without becoming a power user but sure someone in the tech bit can delete it for you if you email them x
