Hi all! Our plans are well underway, and I have lists to keep me on track, however we are having a very DIY day at my future in-laws and as much as I am enjoying it I am starting to feel like its all a bit too much for me, might be time to get some help. How have you delegated tasks, what sort of things and to whom?

For me personally my OH and I plan on hiring an on the day co-ordinator.

However if it were me I would first look at the skills of each person in the bridal party and see what jobs can be delegated to them where those skills could be best put to use. Get everyone together and discuss who can deal with what and if they can cope with it.

    Hope this helps.

It depends on the skills your friends and family have. MIL did the stationery for us as she is a good graphic designer, apart from the orders of service, which we gave to my dad as a retired methodist minister. My mum and aunt offered to do flowers, and MOH made the bridesmaids dresses. We've got friends making the wedding cake, and another friend to create a first dance for us, as she is a dance teacher. We sing in two choirs, so they've dealt with music.

30th August 2014 was the best birthday ever.
It was the day that I became Mrs. Dixon.

As above, it depends what friends, family and bridal party can pull out the bag for you. Think about what they are at and maybe speak to them and see what they woud like to help with.
