Mine are creeping in. I'm worried I'm going to cry as I'm emotional (and hate it). I need to find a way somehow of not crying and embarassing myself. I only have 6 days to go

Well I have had a very stressful couple of weeks with personal stuff, having to put my dog to sleep, my mum having a cancer scare and an operation, a year of working 2 jobs to pay for said wedding, fall out between mutual friends... oh and the wedding nerves.... blaa blaa blaa, and I have a tendency to get anxious anyway. But in last 2 days, I have had 2 quite serious anxiety attacks .... so have now been medically signed off of work until after my wedding!!!!...... So I'm hoping with some relaxation, lots of sleep, time off to complete things.... I can now just calm down a bit and enjoy the last week before im hitched................ so lots of deep breathing ladies, calm, positive thinking, lots of sleep, and be kind to yourselves...... hopefully a perfect combination to help you all deal with wedding nerves .... Good Luck xxxx

O no Millie - hope you are ok!
I go home to Lancashire next week so I am hoping some chilled out family time will do me good- have some nice things planned together and wont have house chores and things to do.

Well I am also getting married soon and for some reason I don't feel nervous at all, just excited! My advice to you all would be to relax (because hopefully by now you have everything organised - most of us on here have been planning our weddings for over a year!) and enjoy the excitement and build up to your wedding day. It will be a perfect day - you are marrying the love of your life, just remember that and everything will be fine!

    Enjoy!!
