Have you tried 30 Day Shred? It's good, and only 20-25 mins so easy to fit in :-)

30DS is a good starting point but won't get you down 5 sizes. I've managed to drop 5 sizes (so far, aiming for the 6th and final size drop by August) purely through healthy eating and going super hardcore at the gym. I have looked at (and own) a lot of DVDs and have not yet come accross one that will deliver the results you're looking for - even the longer plans like Insan1ty will likely only get you down 2-3 sizes at most (providing you're super dedicated and follow the program religiously), which of course comes with a hefty price tag which you said you want to avoid. My advice is to join a gym, try every class on offer and maybe enquire about some PT sessions. If that isn't financially viable at the moment then maybe get a cheap copy of 30DS from the bay and save up for the gym/PT sessions. As well as 30DS, JM also does a weekly podcast which sometimes contains some awesome (but very hardcore) advanced moves which you may want to check out later on when you're ready to progess some moves.

I have the 30DS but also I got a box set which included 3 other of her dvds I think the whole lot was less then £30 so for 4 separate dvdd that is pretty good. Dvd is good if you are basic like me and does progress once you get fitter.

Most of jillian michaels dvds are available for free on y0u tub3
I know it's quite old now, but the Beverley Callard DVD's are good. I've used them for years and they do work well. Real Results is a bit more easy going than Rapid Results. Being older, you can usually pick them up quite cheap on ebay now.
