Didn't really know where to put this!

What are you thinking of having/having to walk down the aisle to?
Do you have a set song for the first dance/do you have anything special planned to wow your guests?
What music have you decided on for your evening?

I would like an instrumental version of John Legend - All of me to walk down the aisle to. Gives me goosebumps every time!
I/we haven't decided on a song for our first dance as yet - lots of ideas going on
As for the reception I think we are going with 80's right through to now - a real mixed bag. Hopefully get everyone up for at least one song!

Hey....

Its so difficult choosing everything else let alone the music lol!!

To walk down the aisle im having the traditional here comes the bride played by the organist...went on Friday to meet him and he played it, made me and my mum well up haha!!
To exit the church were having the traditional wedding march!
Still cant decide on first dance song tho :( any ideas would be much appreciated? lol we dont really have a sont thats 'ours'!

For the evening...we've got a dj so will let him play anything really (well within reaon no MR blobby or anything lol)!!

I love John Legends song as well :) good choice :) xx

I'm walking in to Cantique de Jean Racine by Faure, which I will record myself on the flute. We're walking out to the Hallelujah Chorus. The first dance is Just the Way You Are (can't remember who by, there's two songs with that title).

@ Amy - I think the music is the only thing I am finding easy to pick! haha I love music, always been a massive part of mine and my OH's lives. lol.
Are you getting married in church? I think the traditional songs are amazing in a church. We have gone for a Civil C though - so looking for something a little different.

Do you have any particular fav bands or singers? or specific music types you like?

Bren and the registrar want my entrance to be "what's that coming over the hill is it a monster!"!!!! Well at least it'll make everyone laugh - then break into something more fitting!! To sign the register we're having "signed, sealed delivered" Stevie Wonder and we're thinking of "Happy" by Pharrell to exit the registry office!!! First dance is still in discussion but have got loads of options - something a bit more romantic for that I reckon!! xx

I wasn't sure at first but the more I think about it, the more I like it. We don't want a really serious day - it's not us. We like to have fun and make people laugh so why should our wedding be any different!! :-D xx

Holly I LOVE that song too, get all emotional every time I hear it! Thinking of having that while we sign the register, or How long Will I Love You by Ellie Goulding. Planning to walk down aisle to an instrumental version of Faithfully by Journey, no idea what to walk out to, tho Happy sounds a nice idea. First dance is Some a Kind Of Wonderful, H2B chose it as he says it makes him think of me when hears it (soppy sod lol)
