I've been doing slimming world for almost a year and have so far lost just over 2 stone, but I seem to have hit a stumbling block and just can't move past this point, I seem to loose 2lb gain 1lb and it's driving me mad. With six months to go I am really starting to panic!

I really need to shake things up a bit to give myself a bit of a boost, then I can get back on track. If anybody has any hints or tips I would be really grateful.

Most people do reach a plateau. As long as you are burning more calories than you are consuming the weight loss will continue, albeit more slowly. Maybe you could change your exercise regime. Do something fun like a dance class, or if practical walk or cycle to work if you currently drive.

30th August 2014 was the best birthday ever.
It was the day that I became Mrs. Dixon.

I already walk to and from work every day and visit the gym 3+ times a week. I tend to have home made soups, salads or jacket spuds for lunch and something healthy for tea, maybe chicken rice and veg or something like.

I just need to shake things up a bit and I really don't know how

I find carbs make my weight plateau. Try cutting out pasta rice potatos etc for a couple of weeks. U my feel tired the first few days but ul bounce back
