    I was just wondering who should have button holes?

    We were planning on:

    Groom
    Best man
    Ushers
    Fob
    Fog

    As they are all in the matching suits

    Is this right or should the mums have them too?

    we are getting the mums corsages, more lady like buttonholes with 3 flowers in each.

    :) I need to look into this myself matching suits is going to be kind of difficult as i cant get my whole family over for the suit fitting... but i think id only get buttonholes for the man/ushers/page boys...

    Traditionally you provided buttonholes for all your guests! It's all rather different now though. OH, fob, fog & bm will have buttonholes and mob and mog will have corsages. There will be some different buttonholes available for the guests that want them - but I would stress that this is only because oh's aunt is doing our flowers so these will just be made out of leftovers.

    we're getting buttonholes for OH, bestman, fog, my step dad, my brother and sil2b's hubby.
    getting corsages for mob and mog.
    having female buttonholes for sil2b and my sil
    All the guys are wearing the same suites i think.

    on the same (ish) note.... do the fathers of the bride n groom wear the same suit as the groom and best man etc?

    we have button holes for ushers, groom, bestman, fob and fog
    then corsages for mob, mog and my stepmum

    soon to be Mrs Anderson!!!!!

    ruchick..............they can if you want them too but its entirely up to you hun.
    All of my wedding party will be in the same suit with the paigeboys having slightly different but in the same colour

    Im having dilemmas about this I think I might get everyone one as there are only 36 guests. I will getthe ladies ones with crystals and the gents just plain ones. But the mothers will have special ones and the brial party males will have special ones but no crystals

    We're only providing them for our immediate families. We've got 150 guests coming to the daytime so would be too expensive :0S
    But our mums are gonna have a corsage. As i'm having male bridesmaids their buttonhole will match the female bm bouquets.
    However we're going to a wedding 2moro and we're all having a buttonhole - so up to u and how much u can budget x

    Thats what I thought suzie we have too many people. It would get so expensive. I think I will stick with the boys in the suits and the Mums and thats it.
