So I'm not sure if this has happened to anyone else, but it has stressed me out so much I hope someone can help. Unfortunately we had to change the location of the wedding and so the orginal dress does not match the type of wedding we are having, crazy I know but it's been a huge upset and worry.

My fiancée said I should not change the dress (he hadn't seen it) but it played over and over in my mind so much so I ended up falling out of love with my dress and started to get so upset that it wasn't "the one" anymore. Last weekend I bit the bullet and did what I thought was right and went out and brought a new dress and feel so relieved that I have. The new dress matches the type of wedding we are having perfectly.

The orginal dress was £1,800 and the new dress is £2,200 so I need to claw back some money on the orginal dress. The orginal dress is brand new and never altered etc and seems such a shame for it to just sit there unused as to order this dress from the designer it takes 6 months as its so popular. My fiancée was great about my decision once I made it but of course he's concious we are now over budget on the dress.

I have put the dress on ***** Pr3l0v3d and bay of e***, but does anyone know anywhere else that sells dresses for you or places to put adverts up? Any help will be most appreciated.

    Thanks in advance

    B x

You could try asking shops that sell second hand dresses or even ask ones that sell brand new dresses if they'd be interested in it. Also book face is a place people look to sell on. Or even local bridal fairs as some do second hand stuff for people who want to clear out their stuff after wedding, see if one is local to you :) well done for following ur heart though x
