I ordered and paid for my wedding dress on the 21st of feb. They said it would take 20 days to make and 15-17 days to recieve in delivery. Fair enough! I hadnt heard anything, so i emailed them at the end of march and they said it had taken a little bit longer to make, but would be sent out for delivery on the 1st of April. Its now the 22nd of April....and its not here! Am i just freaking out or should i be really worried? I emailed them again 2 days ago and havent had a reply so have emailed them again today. Im hoping they reply later on! They are still selling on ebay, and i researched the seller (because of being a china seller) by looking up their past buyers and emailing all the recent ones. I dont know what to do! I just want my dress!!!! x

There was the Easter holiday weekend and all the problems with flights recently so that may have caused some delays?
Do you know whether it was being shipped by air? Anything else would obviously take a fair bit longer x

Send them another message i think. Two days for a reply is too long for an Ebayer, they might not have got the message. Dont worry about it hun, just keep in contact with them. good luck xxx

Yeah there will be a massive backlog of all overseas mail, give it another little while but do email them too, they may be able to let you know where it is at the moment if they have order tracking from thier end.
Ive emailed them again today, last time they didnt reply through ebay so i went through their business email and have done that again today. If it doesnt turn up by the end of the month im going to go through ebays complaints I think! Seeing as it was meant to be a total of 37 days to make and recieve the dress and its now 60, thats why im upset i think. I mean it was only £99, but thats money I dont have to put towards another dress! x

If they posted on the first then it's only 4 days later than they're time states - remember there was also issues with flights due to the ash cloud which stopped flights for almost a week - catching up with a backlog could set them back a few more weeks. Is there not a tracking number for it? Most china sellers use EMS (I think it's called) and they have tracking.

AAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!! Still no dress and still no email! I tried raising a dispute with ebay and they said they wont do anything because its over 45 days since the transaction occured! I have emailed paypal and im waiting for a response and have emailed the seller again telling them how angry i am at their lack of response as all i want is a tracking number! i just want to cry! i know I have ages until my wedding but my grandma paid for the dress and i now have to find £100 to give back to her if I cant get a refund or the dress!

Hopefully it will turn up.
There are probably hundreds of ladies in the same boat and may have a lot of emails to plough through. The volcanic ash has hit the mail services hard..... Try not to fret...
BUT.... if i were you i would open an item not received with Paypal NOW just to put your mind at rest that you will get your money back (although if its after 45 days im not sure you will now, but try anyway), and it may just gee them into responding to you asap
i got mine from China with no problems whatsoever, the dress is exactly what i wanted and (i think) absolutely stunning

mwahahahahahahahaha! i have tracked the seller down on ebay and have managed to get hold of all their contact details and can email them through ebay again! i will find my dress! she wont be able to escape! on a not so slightly evil note, i have found another dress for £50 and its in very good condition from england. i will await the original sellers reply (she has 2days) and then make my decision! Goff- i think your dress is amazing! and your shoes as well...i saw them in a shop with some others out of the range and my mum had to drag me away because i wanted to buy them all! xxx
