Getting into "THE Dress": When is it that ive got to have lost my weight by?

Im getting married next july and ive put on quite a bit of weight due to change of tablets and am panicking that i wouldnt have lost it in time before i start dress shopping/buying. So when do you think i can start dress shopping and what month should i have bought my dress by? My friend said i should have lost weight by july a year before the wedding and have bought it by sept latest, is she right or is it just because she got her dress from a bridal shop?

Would appreciate some advice, kye xxxx

Basically you need to order your dress about 6 months before if not a little longer to give it enough time to be made and then altered. Once the dress is ordered you can lose up to two dress sizes. Hope that helps.

That is for most dresses although some designs you may not be able to do it with. After two dress sizes dresses start to lose their shape and detail on them if you are not careful. Corset backs and give you a little more room to play with too.
