    Hey :))

    just wondering how much information I need to put in my invitaions?

    I have a wedding website and most people will get the information on that, but theres always the few that wont... so should I just put basic information in them all?

    I would just give everyone one if you have to print a few so people have the basic details to hand and can look to the website for more info!

    1. Ceremony: The ceremony begins at ....... however guests are requested to arrive by ..... Confetti can / can not be thrown or maybe u providing it? Videography is/ is not allowed during the service

    2. Reception: The wedding breakfast will be served at approximately .....
    the menu consists of.....
    please indicate on your RSVP your meal choices/if you are vegeterian or have any dietary requirements we need to accommodate
    Please indicate if you require a high chair for the reception

    3. Evening Reception: Celebrations commence at ......pm until ......pm

    4. Accomodation details: such as a reduced rate for staying in the hotel

    5. Gifts: wedding list details or cash/voucher poem etc

    6. explain song request if having one for evening do

    7. Map if required

    8. Details of transport if you are providing any eg between service and reception

    9. Dress code if you are having one

    Think thats all I can think of!!! x

    I agree with Jill. I put them in all of mine as people don't always have access to the internet and its another keep sake for them to have. I made mine into luggage tags and tied them together with ribbon but I've also made some fans, pocket cards with tags etc to store them all in. Even a basic one you could print onto some nice card, hole punch them and tie them with ribbon.

    Was going to say the same as everybody else, I'm putting a money poem in as well, and asking if they require a highchair we have allot of kids going and not many high chairs at venue

    We had a special request with one of our invites too for teaspoons for the kids to eat with although we will get them some kiddy knife and forks but it is little things like that which get overlooked.

    A – Arrival time. The ceremony will begin at 3pm please arrive by 2.45pm
    B – Bridal party: Best man is Douglas Anderson & Bridesmaids will be Laura Ritchie, Christine McCallion & Krina K-Rastogi. And our Flower girl will be **********************.
    C – Confetti won’t be allowed as venue indoors.
    D – Day time reception will begin straight after the ceremony with welcome drinks in the bar
    E – Evening Reception will begin around 7.30pm get ready to party the night away...
    F – First dance you may not recognise our song choice but we are sure you will love it.
    G – Gift List for our honeymoon is set up with Trail Finders Travel agents – see attached information.
    H – Honeymoon we will be going to Kenya.
    I – I do – the most important words you will hear on the day.
    J – Joining us on our special day will mean so much to us.
    K – Kipping over...there will be rooms available in our hotel probably advisable to book online there are also many other hotels in the area close by...check out laterooms.com for best prices.
    L – Ladies if your feet will suffer in your heels remember your flats!
    M – Map of the hotels location can be found on our wedding website.
    N – Numbers will need to be confirmed to the hotel 4 weeks before our day please RSVP on time.
    O – Our Day, Our way, unique to us.
    P – Photographs – Please take as many as you wish the more the better! And remember to share them with us afterwards.
    Q – Quiet – during ceremony please make sure mobiles are on silent.
    R – Remember to take your favours home!
    S – Speeches will take place before the wedding breakfast is served.
    T – Thank you all in advance for joining us on our special day.
    U – Useful - I hope this guide is very useful for you!
    V – Vegetarian or Vegan, please let us know of your dietary requirements when you RSVP so we can inform the chef
    W – www***************************
    X – Xtra...If you require any extra information please don’t hesitate to ask
    Y – You’ll remember our day forever – I hope.
    Z – ZZZzzzzzzzzz what we will all be doing after a great day.
