The guys worked out at £1.99 a miniature and the ladies were £1.70ish, for a personalised candle.

Ours were about £2.50 per guest but only because we did the c@nc3r r35e@rch donation as favours then popped each donation card in a Chinese wedding red and gold envelope with a gold chocolate coin for the "money".

I'm really lucky. Someone at work GAVE me some beautiful flower patterned square favour boxes. She was having clear out ready to move house.

Not sure what's going in them. We were planning a charity donation to one that is particularly important to our family's. Between us there are 5 people who cannot join us because of cancer and many others who have recovered from it so that's really important to us.

Not sure what to do. Need to use the boxes but isn't as personal to us

You can still do the charity donation and then pop the donation card inside the boxes, maybe just with a sweet or chocolate with it?

The boxes were given to me by someone at work for nothing, charms were £1 for 10 from the bay.
In this I have used curling ribbon but will use material ribbon for the actuals. have bought some from china, 10m for £2 so will see what that's like when it arrives

Will need to sell them after the wedding as will have no use for them though.. seems a shame for them just to sit there gathering dust

I think they look sweet small. my boxes are a similar size to the jar and I think that's the right size (2"x2")

Just think, the bigger they are the more things you need to put in it be it sweets, jam, a cake. Whatever it is, you will need more..

So unless you want bigger ones I wouldn't say that they are too small for favours.
If you want bigger ones though, I wouldn't say that they are too big either. It depends on what you want.
