I'm wondering how many people who have married already lost weight in the weeks running up to their wedding due to just stressing about the big day? My friend told me she was that stressed her dress had to be tightened again!

I've heard of this happening but none of my friends have experienced this. Last year I had a close friend loose a serious amount of weight for the dress and then gained a stone in the month leading up to the wedding :(

I am hoping to slowly lose weight over the next two years - changing eating habits and walking more... If I am stressed, I eat! lol it's terrible!!! I wish I was the kind of person who was *EVER* put off her food LOL

Yup! Boredom eating is the worst!!! - I have got loooooads of sugar free lollipops so when I am bored I have one and it lasts a while! Then I don't feel as bad :)
im losing weight at the moment and keep getting demotivated etc, as much as i hate being stressed whenever i am i eat..so doubt that ill be 'cursed' with this situation...would be quite nice though! my dress is 2 sizes smaller than the 1 i tried in the shop so defo need to lose weight and inches by march next yr for fitting but im sure i can do it, i come this far! xx
