For breakfast or lunch I would have something around 100 cals each, like one wheetabix with skimmed milk or porridge made with water. I have a handful of cherry tomatoes or some watermelon to snack on or have for breakfast, I try and even out having no more than 200 calories so that I have 300 calories to use for my dinner. For dinner Id have soup or salad or an omelette, but am learnings more recipes for dishes under 300 cals per portion and there are tons out there. The key is to drink tons of water throughout the day as well. I didn't think I culd do it but surprised how each it is, knowing its only two days you gotta stick to it. Then I look forward to having a guilt free homemade thai curry or whatever the next day lol.

I downloaded my f1tn3ss p@l yesterday so I can keep track of my weight, exercise and what I'm eating. Not really paying too much attention to the calories as am following SW more than anything, but I have been under my 1,500 calories for 3 days running now.
Today:
Breakfast - 3 egg omelette with spinach and cheese Lunch - meeting my mum for lunch at a nearby pub. Will probably have a jacket potato with beans and a side salad or something Dinner - chicken pasta bake with up with passata, veg stock, spinach, red onions and leeks. More veg on the side.

SO I'm at 6 lbs in 3 weeks, and those 3 weeks included a weekend in Bath with uni friends, a 2 day catered training course for work, 2 meals out and a day in London. Oh and a ladies hormonal week! So i'm chuffed :)

Weigh in tonight! I was searching around in the cupboard for a flump last night, and found a whole big packet of haribo, I threw them at H2b and told him to eat them all or hide them otherwise I wouldn't be responsible for what happened to them. To my surprise he ate the whole bag!

Started SW last wednesday and tonight is my first weigh in ... All in all not such a good diet first week with all the stuff thats been going on!
I really need to get back on the gym and yoga wagon, will help me so much to lose weight but also i have low mobility from my hips down that i need yoga to improve my bones and muscles!
I just cannot get motivated! Not even being disgusted when i look in the mirror helps. :'(

I've not been trying really hard, but needed to shed a few lbs before my christmas party on Saturday so my dress fitted me better. I've managed to lose a few so far, but it has taken a while to do so. I am hoping to keep it up. I've also been doing anything from 50-150 crucnhes a day depending and am noticing a difference already there. I also have big arms, always have even when I was really slim, so been doing exercises with my weights daily for them, they've not changed but you never know.

I was being good until OH brought a tub of celebrations home which we now have in a bowl on our coffee table, needless to say I have to have one each time I walk past! I don't think there's any point me trying to being good until after Christmas because there's too much yummy food :(

Well done! I had a glass of cava last night to celebrate H2b's pay rise and bonus. I also made some mincemeat for my mince pies so had a spoonful of that to check the levels of lemon zest for alright. Sounds petty but it's the small things that can throw me off!

Just been speaking to a guy who supports the same footy team as me.. not really a friend, more an acquaintance through a mutual love lol.. but anyway, he has been telling me he is considering a new business venture which involves speaking to customers and determining their goals - i.e. wanting to lose weight, build more muscle, even gain weight if they need to.. why they want to do this and how. So in my case I would say I want to lose weight through healthy eating and exercise with the motivation to look amazing on my wedding day. He would then send around 3 emails per week reminding you of your goals and checking on your progress, offering motivation and advice. So on the Tuesday he might send an email saying "have you done your exercise yet this week? Remember you want to look great in your wedding dress!" which is a friendly reminder that kicks you into action. He is thinking of charging about £20 per month for the service but said I can be his guinea pig free of charge while he works out if he can actually do it and if he is good at it. :)

That's such a great idea and lucky you getting it for free! I'm sure it would be really good motivation as if I was getting emails from somebody about exercise and I hadn't done it, it would make me want to just so I can say 'yes I have' :) plus it gives you freedom to do the healthy eating and exercise yourself, without having somebody forcing it on you x

Yeah I think he might be onto something! It's good for people who are too scared or worried about going to slimming groups, or to the gym etc. and is easily accessible as it is internet based and you don't actually have to meet him. I think it's great that it's a personal service and adds that little bit extra.. like you might use my ftn3ss p@l at the same time which is great for tracking, but it's not a personal service and it's easy to give up on and ignore. If you're getting reminders then you can't ignore them and it also guilt trips you if you've not been eating well or if you've not been exercising. Really pleased he's asked me to be his guinea pig! :)

It would be perfect for me as I don't want to lose enough to go to a group but I just want to be a bit healthier! I think there will be a lot of people that would take something like that up! Yeah, it's doing it yourself but with somebody helping and encouraging you not to give up! Such a good idea! :)

I took the plunge and weighed myself. It appears I've only put on 2lbs over the Christmas period, which has lasted about 2 weeks in our household lol. I have eaten sooo much, god knows how I've gotten away with that one. I normally weigh myself in the mornings too and it's the time of the month in a few days. All set for a good start come 1st Jan :)

I only put on 2 lbs this week too! Very surprised as I thought I would put on a hell of a lot more! Back to doing SW properly now! I am also taking part in the ab and squat 30 day challenge!
