Have you had a look on Et$y for vintage wedding ideas? Love that website, lots of lovely hand made stuff and you don't have to buy it, can get lots of great ideas from there too xx

I agree with MrsJennKirby2b. Pinterest is amazing for wedding ideas as well as other general ideas! I am on Pinterest, I am also going with the vintage/shabby chic theme so if you want, you could search for me and have a look at some of the ideas I have posted (search for Jessica Sharpe). If you aren't too fussed about looking on pinterest, one of the main things I have been doing is getting anyone I can to save up glass jars and bottles for me so that I can decorate them in lace or paint them in order to put flowers or candles in. I already have some that I have made up for around the house and they look amazing!

Thanks ladies . Got woman coming out to the house on Tuesday to go through some samples for flowers etc xxx
I am also having a vintage theme. Ive started growning some wild flowers etc to use in the wedding. I am having them in glass jars on the tables with a mixture of corks and pearls. Im doing them all myself. Ive saved hartley jam jars (as I thought it would be appropriate with my surname changing to Hartley) and am wrapping them in hessian and lace. X

I am having country vintage as we are farmers and it just goes without saying. I am making pretty much everything myself, with a little help from my mum.
Pom Poms Hessian with lace and purple buntings (one with Mr & Mrs written on it) Wicker ball type things but paper Mache ( going to put fairy lights inside) Small home grown flowers in either jars/glass milk bottles for the end of the pews (tied on by baler twine and lace) Center Pieces - Jugs with hessian table numbers tied around them Milk churns with flowers in at the entrance Milk churn card holder Bride and Groom in a tractor as our cake topper wicker tea light holders for the patio outside
