I got my tonsils out at the beginning of March and lost 1st 10lbs as I didn't eat anything for near enough 2 weeks only water really....which I was very happy about (loosing the weight I mean not the not eating part lol)
Weighed myself today and have only put on 2lbs in near enough 2 months...
Although I have put on weight I was so sure the weight I had lost would go straight back on soon as I started eating again.. Show's I must be doing something right... The main thing I have done is cut out snacking and got myself walking and not over thinking about actually loosing weight(that would have a the reverse effect on me)....
If I can push myself a little bit more hopefully given time more will come off :D

well done hun!! i am going to a weight loss group next week. One of H2B's friends from work is taking me so hopefully i will be on here saying yay i lost some weight in the not-too-distant-future. xxx
