Hey Sam, I love all of them but I agree the last 1 is beautiful, very simple yet elegant. Have you thought about doing it yourself? You could buy the actually cakes from asda, waitrose, marks and spencers?! stand them on the tiers and add your own roses. Would save you loads of money! xx

Hey Mrs- Walker -2Be yes i am doing it myself, my mum is a cake maker and had agreed to make it, i just wanted to find exactly what i like so i can give her the photograph of it, the last one is really simple but effective also i think it will be easy for her to do as she could just use real flowers in the teirs so she doesnt get too stressed making it onle a few days before

I like the last one too, would you have it with red flowers to compliment your centrepieces?
Mrs-Walker-2Be we had a look at Marks and Sparks but they seemed really pricey, think it came to about £150 which for a DIY cake seems a lot. As for the A$da we can never seem to find them in stock, do you have to order them specially? x

I brought them from Asda for my engagement cake, the largest tier was a tenner I think and served around 50 people. My mum stacked them on top of each other and around the edge of edge tier slid in some roses and brought some diamonte pins from Hobbycraft and stuck them around the tiers, it looks stunning and I think it works out about 40-50 pound! We didn't order them, they had loads out on the shelfs when we went in. Maybe ask the baker if they don't have any out! They are delicious btw, I don't like fruit cake but I happily had about half the cake lmao xx

Yes the last would have claret roses and i am thinking to match the tables red rose petals around the bottom of the cake too.

asda have loads but dont always have them out so as mrs walker 2 be said ask the baker, they have loads of plain white cakes for the diy cakes [where you can put your own picture on a cake] and are really cheap.x
