I put on alot of weight due to tablets i was on and now ive finally been taken off them (yey :D) im in a position to lose it. I ideally would like to lose it in time for the wedding. I am struggling with no support as my friends are all ok with their weight. I would join slimming world and other things if i could afford to but we are on a tight enough budget as it is saving for the wedding ourselves with no help.

My start weight (stones) - 15.11
Weight i aim to be by next july - 10

So ladies if you are struggling with support too or just want to post how well your doing or have any tips then please post : ) xxxx

Really? great :D its an awesome date lol!

What you doing diet wise? I firstly bought smaller dinner plates so it looks like i have a big portion when in actual fact i dont, when i put food on my original plates the portion looked so diddy i found this helped.

Food wise- Breakfast- porridge (the sachets that are already weighed out) or two bits toast
Lunch- Wraps with lean ham and rocket and a yoghurt
Dinner- I split my plate up- half is veg, quarter carbs (potatoes, pasta etc) and i have lean meat or quorn which is soooo low so i can have more of it : )

Ive swapped everything white (bread, pasta etc) for brown as i find it fills me more. I cook with frylight (it comes in a spray can) which is 1 calorie a spray. I have a 99 cal snack a day- Breakaway, quavers, wotsits, blue riband etc

Also i hate it lol but i try to drink 4 pints water a day

    Hope something helps!

    Hows yours going? xxx
