Been going to gym for quite a while, eating healthy.... but havent lost a single pound. Just some cm's.
Would like to lose about a stone. It just seems nothing is working to lose these last 5kg...
Have been same weight for years and years... just decided I want to change it to get into a smaller dress.
Do people have theyr optimum weigh programmed, just like maximal hair lenght?
Anyone else with problem like this? Or even solution?
    :(

I have just started my diet again today, after stopping at Christmas and then being ill/putting my back out. I have put 9lbs on in just over 2 months, so not impressed! I struggled for years to lose anything, even though I went to the gym regularly and ate really healthily, but since using the Wii Fit and EA Active, I did lose nearly a stone in 6 weeks, so am back to doing that and hopefully it will work. Will have paid the balance off on my dress in 2 months and would love to be able to fit into it better.
I would try and forget the scales though, it is all about how your clothes fit, and mentally it has been said that weighing yourself too much hinders you, must be negative thoughts or putting pressure on yourself if it is true! You look great though, and seeing as you have a healthy lifestyle, that is what matters at the end of the day. xx

I tried Zumba but it didn't work for me for some reason, fun though! I think my body has to be doing lots of different exercises in quick succession, like doing weights and cardio in one session but for short bursts. If I do anything like Zumba and nothing else then I don't lose a thing, very annoying, especially as I bought a few of the workout DVDs and the rattle weights, lol. Good luck with it though, it is definitely a workout that keeps you smiling! x

if your losing cm's then its working and its the cm's that you want to lose, your prob not losing weight as your transfering the fat to muscle which is heavier than fat.

I know how you feel, I had my baby boy in July and after xmas I decided to lose a stone before the wedding in august and so far I have lost nothing! I go swimming twice a week and I have an exercise bike which I go on twice a week sometimes three and im not losing anything. Im starting to worry that Im not going to be able to sit in my dress!
