Not too sure how effective it will be but im willing to give it a shot. I found a running machine for sale in a charity shop that folds away and it can be stored in my wardrobe. The best part was it was reduced over 50% so a bargain aswell.
Since im new to this whole exercise thing (the most ive ever done is run for a bus lol) im starting off slow. I intend to walk 0.5 km a day on the machine (if i try to run the dog tends to attack my feet and i go flying = complete you've been framed moment) after i get used to it i will increase it to 1km a day. After that i do a couple of woprkouts i found on youtube they last for about 15-20 minutes each. I will also be going to my first zumba class tomorrow and hopefully i will be able to get over my phobia of water (someone tried to drown me when i was 15) and go swimming once a week. I currently weigh roughly around 13 stone and want to get down to about 11 stone. The doctor says 10 but the last time i was 10 stone i was like the walking dead, no energy etc and i dont ever want to feel like that again.
What do you think? Is it a good start?
