This is our wedding venue! I'm so excited, we are getting married in the chapel and our registrar has been booked for 1pm. I love the place and it's not overly big so will be well suited to our numbers, around 60.
They have an option for a barn owl to fly the rings down the aisle which I think we have to do!

Me too sammi, we decided we would get married there before we got engaged so didn't even consider anywhere else lol. It's not as big as it looks which worries me every now and again. Yours looks bigger than mine.

Our venue opened a falconry not long ago over the field but we dont want to spend any more money than we have.

    Wow Sammi looks amazing!
I love barn owls! When we were visiting friends in Scotland a falconry were doing a display in the middle of a shopping centre to raise money and spread awareness and I fell in love with the tamest little barn own, it liked head rubs and cuddles. Cuteness overload :)

Clearwell castle is beautiful but yes I'm guessing pricey! Dalhousie castle is actually quite small, I think the pics make it look bigger! It was basically find a castle near an airport on a reasonable package price!

Thank you, currently getting a move on with invites so people have time to book rooms and flights!

Invites, main invites are square with a silver embossed paper overlay, navy lace and wooden name cut outs which I have painted silver.
The mini ones are our rsvp cards.

Oh wow what an amazing venue. The barn owl idea is wonderful too. Just be aware though, I heard about a couple who had that and the owl flew up to the rafters with the rings and went to sleep. It probably wouldn't happen as the owl is presumably trained, but might be worth having a plan in place in case that happens. You can still marry, the rings aren't a legal requirement.

Quite easy to make, just source a wooden hanger I've bought white wooden ones from the bay of e but te$co sells them for £2.50 then grab some craft wire in gold, silver or I used copper and get bending. Was a little tricky but fairly easy.

The Mrs one was a nightmare, but I bought different wire from the bay of e and it is far easier to bend. It was 7.20 for 20 metres which is loads. The hangers were £10 for 10 free postage on the bay of e also, I just pulled the bottom bar off! Xx
