im making invitations at the moment and im about to starting printing things out. we are getting married 28th march and going to send out the day invites in november as im sure they will be ready by then and whats the point in waiting longer when they will all be ready to post right? then evening invites will go out later than that when i have had replies back for the day.
now obviously i want to know final numbers as soon as possible so i can order my favours and know how much my extra people are going to cost on top of the package and how much final budget will be. So how long do I have to give people to RSVP for the wedding? 1 month or 2 months? im hoping no longer than that! how long are you leaving people to RSVP? and from anyone elses experience if you leave them too long to RSVP do they just put it off till last minute? xx

Find out the date that ur venue needs to know numbers by and then put the date 8weeks ahead?we're sending our day invites in march for September wedding with a RSVP of middle of June knowing that we'll have to chase up a few x

find out when the venue need prelimanary numbers by normaly 6/8 weeks before, then set your day ones for 2/3 months before that , so you can chase them up once dates passed for straglers there always a few, then send out day ones for rsvp for 2 weeks before you need them x thats what i think im doing x
