i have been ill since just before christmas with one thing or another. i literally came off antibiotics for an infection (thee doc thinks) in my galnds less than a week ago and now someone at the school has given me their cold grrrrr so not impressed!!
aswell as that and this is totally gross but might aswell get it off my chest while im at it, but i have had this spot that wont vacate the premesis on my back so there is no way i can go wedding dress shopping with mount gross stuck on my back!!! how embarressed would it be?!?!?!
sorry about the rant needed to get it out of my system, i am just so sick of being ill, i cant build up my immune system because im not well lomg enough for it to get anywhere grrr

I'm the same I generally don't get ill but for a block two months of the year i tend to get everything going. The end of last year i went to the doctors with illness after illness. My doctor told me that the last 6 times I have had appointments were in the november of 6 consectutive years. How weird is it that I only get ill in november?
I know it's cliche to say eat lots of fruit and veg, but it really does boost your immune system, especially lemons, they are full of vitaminis.

Ive been ill also for the past 5 weeks and doctors still dont know whats rong wit me....they just said 'I'm a mystery'.......

thank you im a sympathy hunter today lol i am feeling very sorry for myself and seeing as H2B is in bed as he is working tonight im not getting any so thanks lol Sian-Louise, have they given you any antibiotics? my doc couldnt see what was wrong with me but after 2 weeks he gave me antibiotics which cleared up that....only to get this flippin cold!
Im actually thinking its a good thing! I think im getting all the germys now so i wont be ill for my wedding?! haha x

i would becky but for some reason my docs/nurses dont listen to a single word you say!! if i told them this they would say well eat more fruit and rest or do some exercise or stay away from ill people, that kinda thing. it drives me round the bend!
