I want pics of me and H2B at our wedding and was thinking of painting pegs black white and silver and pegging black and white photos to lengths of ribbon/rope and hanging them along the side of the guest book/ table plan table, the top table and the bar if they'll let me..
What do you guys think ?
I don't know how we'd attach the ribbon/rope to the tables though ? And also ensure that the photos don't fall off if and one brushes past them ?? Any ideas about that ?
    Xxx

That sounds lovely. Not sure about attaching but superglue will hold them to the pegs and as long as they're tied securely to tables and the bar I'm sure they'll be fine.

We're having two framed photos of us on the display table with a framed love poem that I got from one of threads on here along with the guest book and post box xxx

I'm photo mad, we have over 2000 in our folder on our laptop, that's not including the ones I had on my laptop before it died, my phone and my iPad lol..
How do I tie them to the tables though ? The table cloths are floor length :-/ xxx

Sewing them on is the most secure way, just a stitch or two will hold them and won't leave marks or pulls on the cloth xxx

Easily done with a match just don't let the flame touch the rope that or some pva or hair spray could work. As for attaching them to the table could you get some of those metal clips design to hold the tablecloth on to the table you could tie rope or ribbon and hide the ends?

Your more than welcome, rope it deffo a slow and steady one it can take a while because you can't put it directly into the flame! i'd buy some extra to practise with!!

We haven't got either of those Lana, only one of the photographers we're meeting offers a pre wedding shoot.. I'd use all the pics from the (by then) first 5 years of our relationship :-) we have over 2000 already lol, so in 2 years we'll have looooads to choose from :-) xxx

Oh right... I joined 3 years ago though, didn't know anything about it ???... But are the photo's free afterwards ?
We had a family shoot done for FiL's bday and snuck a couple of our own in which I want ALL of them but they're £13 EACH ! £100 for 6 on disc and £25 per pic on disc after that ! They choose extortionate prices :-( xxx
