    PRIMROSE OIL!
I used to suffer with period pains when i was younger, it got to the stage where i couldnt stand let alone walk. A friend who is really into her herbal stuff suggested taking primrose oil, one a day everyday. Ive not sufferded since :-)

oh and did you know if you dab perfume (any will do) behind your ears just above your jaw line helps headaches go away. Try it, sounds strange but it really works plus you smell nice lol

Aww Lemondrops do you have a TENS machine as it is particular good for the pains and spasms, also taking a combination of ibuprofen and paracematol at regular intervals throughout the day helps too.x

I came off the pill in December and then got the worse period pains, the cramps took my breath away! So, i'm now back on the pill and got my first period back on it now and very little pain so I won't be coming off the pill again!
Might be worth a try for few months and see if it works for you? x

Ask your doctor about Mefenamic Acid tablets, they are prescribed for very bad monthly pains, smell like cotton candy, it was my fave drug to do the dispensing on coz I would have to count them out & loved the smell LOL

I posted a link to the Patient UK data about them to your wall hun x

Wine makes everything better! If things aren't better, then you don't have enough wine!

The same argument applies with explosives.

The pill cured my period pains and fainting. I was always being taken home by the head mistress at school every month as I'd pass out with the pains! I've got the coil now and I don't bleed at all it's magic! I hope you feel better soon hun xx
