been to my local 21 of stores and instead of the baskets i got a box....better then it sounds actually lol.... its quite fitting actually as its baby pink which is one of my colour schemes and decorated with girly bathroom things such as lipsticks and powder puffs and spotted with dresses. pretty. bonus was it was in sale at only £1.99 BARGAIN!!!!!

my cameras not decided to work so don't have a pic yet :-(

inside im putting purple tissue paper for the lining so it goes with the rest of my colour scheme. x

elle can you not just buy one thing a month from £1 land i went there and only spent £10 on everything for the basket and then i had things like a spare deodrant and tampons in my cupboard u can do it really cheaply and you have loads of time to do it

I think this is something that people either get 100% or just think is the most pointless thing. Just go ahead and collect the bits and put it in there as planned. H2b won't see it, and your mum will hopefully be so over-awed with everything else on the day that she'll go with the flow.

That looks really good. the only thing that I would say is that it might be worth getting a little frame for the card as it may otherwise get lost in the basket.

You're putting it there for everybody to use, so hopefully nobody would steal anything early on in the day. If they take it last thing at night then does it really matter, it wasn't needed by your guests, and you haven't put anything valuable or sentimental in it. I only use organic toiletries at home, so I won't be wanting to take any of the items away with me at the end of the day, people are welcome to whatever is in there.

I'm not bothered about things being taken later on but it would be nice for the things that are there for everyone's use gets kept in the basket. Im going to put in mine:
    Blister plasters
    Hairspray
    Mini perfume
    Deodorant
    Spare tights
    Face powder
    Lip gloss
    Chewing gum
    Face wipes
    Paracetamol

Does anyone think leaving a set of straightners in the toilets would be a good idea? Not ghd obviously.
