I just spent 2 hrs and a fair bit of money to go pick up a package from the sorting office as there was a fee to pay cos the sender didn't pay enough postage.
I got there, and it's junk mail from debenhams wedding service - not 1 thing I need or want in it. I had to PAY and waste my morning to get my JUNK mail!!

If its from debenhams id sent them an email telling them that they put the wrong postage on and because of this not only did you have to waste two hours to get it but you then had to pay for theirjunk mail and want compensated for the money and your time.

we had to compalin to ticketmaster about our rugby tickets we had sat, we got there and they had sold us disabled seats! we were emabarassed because i'm sure people were wondering why we were there and that we asked for them as its a great view, i would think the same myself! plus taking up seats that someone else may have needed all the others were full so likely that someone couldn't come! we phoned and they are refunding us and giving us a £40 voucher! we bought the tickets with a voucher anyway £10 each so bonus! makesure you get something Kaya!! x
