me an my mother have started our diet this monday , we will be going to boots to weigh our selves every week and competing to see who can loose the most weight each week so the friendly competition will push us on a little more, also once we have noth lost 2 stone we will start the dress shopping =) roll on the weight loss

good luck with the weight loss! I started at slimming world three weeks ago and have lost 6 pounds so far, I am trying to lose as much as I can before I start dress shopping after xmas
