Wedding Forum - My Cake Topper and Wedding Cake Ideas what...

I want my wedding cake topper to be a keep sake of our wedding so getting a Marzipan Bride and Groom will not work but I have found a site where they do wooden cake toppers with you can personalize with your exact specifications waiting for the lady to get back to me I think for what I want maybe £85 which I think is a bit much for a cake topper.

This is my design Specification:

Bride: Brunette hair up down style, green eyes, emerald Jewellery, Long emerald dress with trial with no straps so corset top would of been a better description now i think of it trust me with a very green bouquet

Groom: I don't know whether Christopher is going for a grey suit or a blue suit and if he will be wearing a kilt his father was part of the Gordan clan so he would wear the Gordon clan kilt which is blue and green I think actually have not seen it So either a green or blue tie blue waistcoat or green shirt I dunnoe what he wants and I'm letting him choose so what ever he likes I will like H2B has hazel eyes brunette hair dunnoe if he will want spiky hair or he will want his cake topper to have his goatee beard n mustache lool me nono need to talk to him about that

on the side of the groom a green rose on the Brides side a blue rose with a crown with emerald and sapphire stones init silver crown to go with our wedding theme and on the base Lana & Christopher 23.10.2016 groom has to have one arm around the bride too

Our wedding cake we have decided I think on 4 tiers
*1st tier Carrot Cake Love carrot cake

*2nd tier Lemon Meringue thing for H2B Mum

3rd and 4th Tier Chocolate Cake as everyone Loves Chocolate Cake ♥ H2B happy with the last two tiers does not like carrot cake or lemon meringue

I want our wedding cake to be Green and Blue very green emerald Queen and sapphire King thinking poison ivy around the green side like my tattoo on my hand or try make it look like the Rainforest Biome and the blue side No Idea

So ladies can you come up with ideas for my cake design and if you know where I can get Cake toppers cheaper that are not edible

Do i get our cake from a cake shop in Cornwall so it does not have to travel far but what about cake tasting H2B and I looking forward to cake tasting ??

That seems like a lot of money for a cake topper! I'd have a look around see if you can find a similar one for cheaper, possibly on the bay?

Yeah I will deffo order the cake from a cake shop in Cornwall so it doesn't have far to travel and we could pop down for a tasting and will the bay of e do personalized cake toppers that have my specifications Joanna?? =D ♥ X

bloody hell thats a lot for a caketopper! ive spent £20 on mine.. but am just have crystal letters. of M & S .

Just a quick thing... if your wanting a green emerald dress, i wouldnt go for the same colour bouquet as it wont stand out. have a bit of white or cream in the mix too.

Yeah it'll be lovely to have it to keep. We haven't got a cake topper for our cake, but we have one of those Mr and Mrs signs that we will put on the top table and then we will have it in our house afterwards so that will always remind us of the wedding :)

I just fell in love with the mr and mrs signs.
I wanted a cake topper but when we chose the cake we wanted, it really doesn't need a topper.

Oh yeah, that's something else i get to keep. I'm not having real flowers so i get to keep my bouquet forever too :)

for me it will be my bridal gown n shoes lingerie and the cake topper wedding stationary and photos what else can I keep if i get personalized napkins can also keep that would love to keep the table decor the center piece in the middle too =D ♥ X
