Wedding Forum - Moral support for new regimes :)...

Hi,

I want to lose a little weight and get toned up in preparation for my wedding in December. My dress is silk, so very unforgiving, and I want to make sure there are no unsightly bulges in it :)

I am really rubbish at sticking to diet or exercise programmes, so I thought posting on here would help to keep me on track and maybe a few of us could post to keep each other motivated/give a smack when its needed to get our buts outside for a run!

(as I am typing this there is a packet of biscuits on the sofa next to me... hence the need for the moral support!)
