We had our final meeting with the venue too, table plan given in and final details being sorted with them and other suppliers.

had a nightmare today, my older daughters dress came in to the shop a few days ago, we went to try it on today and the top is too big, i have a week to go and was totally stressed out!, we have had to trawl the shops for a really good push up strapless bra, chicken fillets and dress tape, so we can at least make it presentable, no time for adjustments, peed off is an understatement, we ordered it months ago! :( it does look beautiful though, just a shame its too big up top.
Urrgh not sleeping well at all; on the plus side; we now have our suits (picked up yesterday); my dress and bridesmaid dresses (Picked up today); went to go and see Wedding cake which looks great.
Got my hen party tonight :D

I know; I'm am so nervous; feel sick but so excited at the same time even if I only did have a few hours sleep last night. I had my hen party on Saturday as well which was awesome :D

omg! my son just put his shoes on for 30 min to wear them in and they are damaged already, the stuff has come off the front of them, they cant be very good quality if they do that indoors, eek! looks like a quick trip to R1v3r 15l4nd to see what they say, really!

I'm still here Leasa, your fellow wedding twin :-) 11 days to go. Just the last bits and pieces to sort, few decorative bits, table plan and table name cards. Though still waiting on 2 people that may have dropped out and just aren't answering messages. What do you do with those sort of situations. One is my half brother's wife as they've been on shakey ground recently and on again off again. The other is a friend who has now fallen out with some other friends and text everyone to say she is cutting herself off from the group.
Sigh!! Don't want to be pushy with it and make it sound like my wedding is the most important thing in the world, however I don't think people realize that its around £100 for each person after food and drink etc.
Feeling a bit stress even though not much left and it's all manageable, however my eyelid decided it wants to be stress twitchy which after a week is making me more stressed than the wedding. It's sooo annoying lol

Collecting dresses next week.
I was quite harsh with non responders. I chased them twice. If still no definite answer I told them they couldn't come as they missed the cut off date already and I removed from the list.
I wasn't prepared to waste my time or money unless they had a good reason. Maybe that comes from being a training manager. If people don't turn up. I call them once. If miss a second time it goes to disciplinary for existing staff and if it's new staff waiting on DbS I tell them theyve lost the job for unreliability (unless they have a valid reason with proof)

OMG Leasa we're into the single digits!!!!!! This Bank Holiday is going to be lots of crafting and finalizing little bits and pieces.
Started my table names the past few days and also the table plan just waiting on my delivery of a white ink pen, so that I can just stencil letters instead of cutting out lots of little letters. Doing football shirts and then table plan is a subuteo cloth football pitch and velcroing on the football shirts with the player name at the top and then all the guest names underneath. (will put up a pic when done)
Next up is the place cards, am hoping I can get my computer to print out these and then just decorate. My twitchy eye seems to have disappeared today so happy lol
Ordered the pashminas for the bridesmaids and they should arrive today. Just debating whether to order them matching bags as well, or leave that to them?

Mostly sorted, and hen night is Saturday!!
Worked two 36 hour shifts this week so I'm exhausted!
Plus my sisters (bridesmaids) had very public (FB) argument this week. One missed her final dress fitting, and the other criticised her for it, cue massive public slanging match. I told them both off, made them delete all of the posts and told them grow up. Funny how they are now acting like nothing happened. Childish!!
Stress I did not need. But all smoothed over.
Have to re-do the table plan and add another guest! Oh's friend and his wife were going to pull out as they've been guilted in baby sitting their granddaughter. So we said they can bring her instead. She's only 4 so it's not too much trouble. Just need to jiggle the table plan to accommodate her.

3 days to go!!
Haven't been around for a bit. Work has been manic, a colleague fell over and broke her shoulder after easter and is still off work so we've been trying to do her work as well as ours. We couldn't do it and became really stressed so went to management and got help, unfortunately she's still not back and now I'm off for just over 3 weeks and left only 1 person in my office. Also managed to get norovirus and was really ill for 5 days! Thankfully have been better and able to jump on wedding things the last few weeks. Everything is pretty much done, just got to finish packing for honeymoon and dress there venue on Friday. Going to have a manicure and pedicure tomorrow and my dress and BMS dress will be delivered - so excited.

Excited. And I went and got my nails done. Decided enough running around and to treat myself.

Much to mil's displeasure. She wanted us to drive to her today so she can see us before the wedding. I said no!
We will see her tomorrow as she lives 5 mins from the venue/hotel. I'm checking in tomorrow anyway so I can pop over once I've delivered everything.
Now off to start packing everything up that I need tomorrow.
