    I haven't even got my dress yet but today I was shopping in Merry Hill and found the most perfect shoes in Schuh.

    I ummed and ahhed and left them but when I got home I couldn't get them out of my mind!

    I found them on the website and theyre only £30, I had to have them, so I've ordered them!! :D


    I know it sounds mental that I haven't even got my dress yet, but I know what style I'm going for (having already tried 45 dresses on) and these shoes are just perfect, it has always been my dream to marry in blue shoes!

    I'll pop a photo on my wall. SO EXCITED! xxx

    Hi, I love the shoes. I had to laugh when I read you'd tried on 45 dresses! I'm up to about 15 or 20 without a contender for the one so could be racking up those sorts of numbers myself soon ; D
    I actually recognise a couple of them, I have tried them on myself! I love the tulle one. Who is the first one by? It's lovely!

    Ah, I love the Alfred Angelou collection. I fell in love with the first snow white on the model and convinced myself it was the 'one' but when I tried it on, it was too short on the body and didn't look right on me. I was gutted! I also liked Cinderella but had the same issue. I'm really long in the body so need a long bodice, xxx.

    I'm the same and had the exact same issue with snow white. I need a bodice that goes down to my hips as opposed to my waist otherwise I look terrible! xx

    Ooh, you'll have to let me know if you find one like that and vide versa! Could save each other some work here although you've put in more leg work than me ;D I initially wanted a dress but I'm considering tulle skirt and seperate bodice as it looked a lot better than I thought it would, it was just the wrong bodice :(

    I think you look gorgeous in all the gowns on your pictures. One shop assistant told me that sometimes its harder when alot of gowns look good because you can become 'dress blind' whatever that means. I'm still holding hope that I'll just 'know' when it's 'the one' xxxxx.

    exactly my shoes were just right for the standard length dress, if they were any higher i would have needed the longer length dress which is more expensive and it would probably have had to be altered as well

    I went on Saturday from 9am to 1pm then back again on Sunday to take some bits and bobs back so there from 1 to 2.30pm. It is massive and we call it Merryhell as can be hell-ish in there but good if you need lots of shops and free parking however we didnt even go on the 1st floor as got everything we wanted/needed on ground floor xxx

    We were disappointed with the food court. We had a panini from this horrible baguette place and then discovered the mediterranean grill! Gutted doesnt cover it!! xxxx

    We went to Wetherspoons for breakfast as dont like the food court and Wetherspoons breekie is cheap and chearful.

    I haven't got my dress yet either (only tried on 6 although can only remember 5 of them) and I have bought my shoes already too! I love shoes and saw these ones, loved them, they're really comfortable and should go with any wedding dress, they were on promotion and with an additional 10% off with a discount code I got them for £25.20 .........what a bargain ;o)

    So you're not alone in buying shoes before the dress!
