A few people have asked me about this way of detoxing and losing inches. I have asked my friend Cindy in the USA to post on the facebook ukbride page. I bought a kit to do at home for me and a couple of friends last year before my birthday and it was fab. If I had the money I would go to a salon but if not the diy kit was worth it for the giggle if nothing else! but we did actually lose inches

ha ha so true! I just cant believe how easy it is to put weight on and so bleeddin hard to get it off!!! Have been stuffing my face after 2 lots of bad news from 2 docs in the last week but need to get a grip otherwise will end up living in body wraps ha ha

I'm just not shifting any at all, been on a diet for a month and going to the gym twice a week but nothing! grrr!!!
It is so demoralising isnt it? How is your diet cowchop? I am housebound and incredibly immobile so tried all kinds of diets over the years and could not lose until I cut carbohydrates out and the weight started to come off. Sometimes it is about hitting on the right diet and exercise programme combination

CowChop if the pic of someone in a wedding dress on your profile is you..then you are looking slim to me..but I lost loads of weight and needed to firm up..the wraps contour your body too. Good luck anyway..don't give up. xxxx

Yes you can get them in the UK they have just launched in the uk..my daughter is thinking of becoming an agent. Contact Cindy on FB and she will tell you of UK agents and if there are any in your area. xxx
