please any ideas of how to help my hair grow. hubby loves my hair long. want it long for big day. back up plan is extension but i have that all the time. would love to have my hair back to it orginal length.

Healthy eating. And regularly trimming to remove the split ends to keep it neat.

head massages are mean to help too, als stepdad is bald and he had a head massage in india when he came back hairs had started sprouting out of the top of his head haha

I've heard keeping your head warm promotes growth, but not sure you'd want to wear a hat all the time - don't want hat hair on your wedding day!
