Aww huni.. everyone gets their moments...we wouldn't be human if we didnt! I think once you've grabbed a moment and take some time out to relax when you can you'll feel a whole lot better. Even a relaxing bath for half an hour can take tons on stresses away :) Sending you a big hug anyway :) xx

awww babe, dont worry about it. everyone gets days like that. i agree with shellg, take some time out and have a bath, i would siggest an evening walk, i do that when i am really stressed, but the weather isnt to great for it xx
