I am just wondering if anyone can help me with hoops etc for my wedding dress. I have a Mori Lee 2406 and haven't a clue what hoop I tried it on with in the shop. I don't want to sound silly when I go and get my fitting done in a few weeks. I need to order a hoop but not a clue what size. I want it to be big and princess-y lol. Please help me so that I don't have to say the word princess-y to the staff in the shop :)

I wouldn't worry about what they will think - who does know about hoops until they actually get married?! They are there to help you and advise you - make the most of them x

They were all lovely when I went in and I tried a lot of dresses on and they just kept pulling more out lol. Guess I just get nervous haha.

I don't have a clue about hoops. Until I started planning the wedding, I didn't even know you needed one! No need to get nervous, it's their job, they do this every day! :-) x

Surely the shop you bought the dress from would know what original hoop you tried on? or did you get it online? If so im sure the ladies doing your fitting will help you pick one xxx

    This one???

It's a similar shape to mine and I wore a single hooped one, so if you want bigness then I would go either 2 or 3 hooped.

I was given a single hooped one to try on, and then my friend lent me hers that was also single. It gave me the right shape. I think you get double ones as well, not sure of the difference, but they would probably try single first, and then try others if it's not what you want. Perhaps you could find a picture of what you have in mind to show them.

This is mine, with a single hoop.

30th August 2014 was the best birthday ever.
It was the day that I became Mrs. Dixon.

I'd just ask the advice of the assistants in the shop, that's what they're there for :-) Hopefully they'll give you a few to try and then you can see which you prefer :-)
