    Hi all

    Im rubbish with wording and after any suggestions please.

    We wish to proivde our guests with free transport from church to reception venue but for them to get home they do then need to pay for a taxi.

    Reception is local for most people about 10 minute journey so it wont be a huge expense.

    Any ideas how to word this as we want them to reply on the RSVP if they would like the free transport.

    Hi Toni,

    I would just say something like;

    'Free transport will be provided between the church and the reception, please state in your RSVP if you will require this'

    and leave it at that. I would never presume a free lift home,and people leave at different times etc, so don't worry about that part of the day :)
