Well, I know that there is a weight loss thread, but I thought I would start a thread off where we can share healthy meals and recipes. Just so we don't get bored of eating the same thing over and over and we won't be cheating and start to feel bad that we tucked into something unhealthy, just to get a change.

I am on WW and one of my favourites is butternut squash and red pepper soup. It has zero point value so I can eat as much as I want and it doesn't need counted so yay :)
so you need.....Veg stock cubes in about 2 litrs of hot water 1 butternut squash peeled, deseeded and chopped 1 onion roughly chopped 1 red pepper deseeded and roughly chopped
put everything in a pot and boil for 30 mnutes and then blend in food processor. simple and super tatsy.
I also make butternut squash mash and chips as again its no point value if you oven bake chips.

btw been doing ww for 8 weeks....not trying reallyhard but i use these wee tricks and have lost 10lbs already so it must be working xx
