Someone mentioned about pants you wear under clothes and they make you sweat alot and help you loose weight? What are they called or could someone please bump the post for me :)

I'll pop the name of them on your wall Becki. But be warned, don't use these if you have any kind of kidney problems and make sure you drink LOTS of water. They seriously make you sweat.

Sweating more isn't productive in weight loss. As Little Kettle has said, you need to drink a lot of water, which is just replacing the water you have lost in sweat. Its better to exercise a little longer, keeping your heart rate up for longer than normal. cycling burns far more calories than running, but running helps tone the stomach more. Try joining a class or exercising with friends. Simply sweating isn't losing weight.

Was it zaggora Hot Pants? I've got some of those and they really do make you sweat, my top tip would be to wear them for about 30-45 minutes after you work out as they continue to work.
They don't help you lose weight though, it's more about inches. Make sure you drink plenty if you work out a lot with them.

I have a pair becca and yes they make you sweat and my skin is soft after wearing them but don't think I've lost inches. As for people telling you have gained weight how rude. I would be telling them to mind their own x x

I wore mine once and sweated so much that I made my kidney play up (I only have one and didn't realise that I was sweating that much) and they made me really itch! I haven't touched them in 2 years.

I know that wrestlers do something similar to drop weight but it's only a temporary loss of water weight. It'll all come back after you drink ask that water you'll need after sweating it out.

Amy - I did tell them to shove off, but after a while I looked at myself in the mirror and kinda agreed, I am a little more chubby than I used to be, I've got like a pear figure, with a little extra on top ive got big hips, a bum, small waist and hardly anything on top, my fiancée and his friends call me "ghetto booty" ... I'd love to lose a little off my legs and bum xxx
