just checked and the only forum on this was last yr but I am looking at healthy eating and I heard that 5 cups of green tea helps you lose twice as much weight to fit into that wedding dress and it mainly comes from the middle. Problem is I cant stand most of them, only one ive managed to stomach and cant remember which. Which flavours e.g. green tea with _____ do you girls drink to help you stay on track?

cant wait to be Mrs Evans less than 3 weeks woooo
    start weight 10st 1.5 lbs
    weight now 8st 4.5 lbs
total loss to date: 24.5 lbs now need to maintain!

i think the one I tried was green tea and lemon which was acceptable.... not looking forward to this but h2b thinks it will be a good idea because of the antioxidants and everything. hmmmmmm
I like the idea of the capsules :) wey hey... may be paying holland and barrat a visit. How many capsules are needed to have the same cancer beating and weight loss properties?

My fave green tea which is the most potent for having loads of anti-oxidants is japanese green tea, you can buy it online it's called matcha. Dunno if you'll like the taste tho hun but that's the best green tea I know x

My friends used these and to be quite honest, they never seemed to work, just made her poop more. To me that isnt healty. Eating a healthy diet and regular exercise is all you need to do to loose weight. I dropped 2 dress sizes by doing just that.

Oh those ones that made you poop are horrible. I remember drinking one of those once and never did it again. Thought I was going to explode and the thing is I was out in the cinema. Thought I was gonna pass out cos it gives you horrible stomach ache too. But the matcha tea isn't a weight loss tea it's just a normal green tea full of antioxidants so very good for your skin, heart etc

Woops sorry suzky I just read green tea and dived into it didn't realise you're looking for an actual weight loss tea lol my bad!!

In that case my mum swears on ginger and lemon tea. You still have to watch what you eat which is same for any diet pills but she said it's suppose to break up fat or something?? Sorry I'm not much help x

Tesco has a good range, green tea with :
    apple and pear
    grapefruit
    cranberry
    superfruits

the list goes on and most are really nice in my opinion. Though best served not at all very strong ie pour boiling water over teabag, dip and squeeze teabag and remove dont leave to brew.
I love the stuff and notice improvement in weight and my skin when drinking it.

off the top of my head with the capsules thnk u take 2-4 a day apperently they work but i havent tried them there are so many things that u can try that are anti oxidants and help u loose the weight without making u pooh alot though :-) we have a woman that swears by the acai berry as the best thing but then we have another one that swears by the cho yung tea but thats £40 just for about 30 teabags it all goes on what works for u cos like everything it works for some people and not others, u do still need to eat healthy and do bit of exercise though to benefit properly :-) xx

A good friend of mine is a personal trainer and a nutritionist. She told me the benefits of green tea far outway the bad taste. As well as helping the metabolism it is really good for your skin as well. I believe the science bit behind it as I see her screw her face up and force herself to drink it, but she does say two cups a day should be enough.
In terms of Taste I prefer Tetley green tea with lemon. There are always special offers on at the supermarket for them as well so I stock up to make sure I have a box in the office and at home xx
