Hi can any one recommend a good app for my phone that I can use to record how much exercise I do each day? I did really well earlier in the year when I had to get into a bridesmaids dress using an online website for calories, excercise etc but it got a bit tiresome doing it online. Ideally i'd prefer a free app, one that you can just use to easiy chart what you've done each day.
Any thoughts? x

Thanks Tatty, will take a look. I downloaded something called "Noom" last night but then was to tired to actually look at it! Will give it the once over when i've had my breakfast!! x

I've just downloaded that noom, it's soo easy to use. They give you easy tasks to do, and easy goals to reach.

It looks ok so far for what I want, i think if you were super calorie counting it wouldn't be very good as the food log is a bit vague. I'm just focusing on the excercise log so it's ok for me I think. x
