i got my BM1500 last friday, and have used it everyday (apart from yesterday as i went a friends) what kind of things do you do on yours (exercise wise!), whats good for the stomach, lower part not the waist, and how long till you notice a difference.
the first couple times i went on, i did static sit ups, lunges, squats, the plank, and press ups (just still not actually doing movements) on lowest level and just for 30 seconds, and actually felt sore next day lol, but now im not feeling anything, and ive gone up to a minute on some (well just when i stand or sit on it really as the others hurt a little) and have increased the speed loads, but doesnt feel like its doing anything.
Please can you give me tips

I do different positions on mine, i have an excercise book with mine and some straps that you attach to the machine so you can do arm excercises whilst vibrating - it kills your arms. x

I squat from different heights, use it to rest arms/hands on them, sit on it, lay across it. TBH I havent been on mine for over a week. I must get back on it before Zumba tonight! xx
