lately it feels like im the only one who helps my mum round the house whilst my sister sits upstairs on her laptop all day doing crap all i mean i dont mind helping but yesterday i vacuumed twice did 3 loads of washing hung it up and then dusted the living room i was pooped afterwards now i know what cinders felt like

tell ur sister to get off her ar$e and help you! or refuse to do it unless she helps. thats what happened at my mums between her, my dad and my sister. my sister wouldnt help so my mom n dad hav refused to do anything. the house got into such a state that my sister HAD to do somethin.lol x

Unfortunantly I can kinda relate a little to your sister..almost..I had severe depression for a few years where I could not even look after myself properly & the house I was in at the time was a total bombsite, my mum would come & sort stuff out for me, now it's the other way around, my mum leaves shite everywhere & I tidy up after her LOL
Ah, well then, hand her the duster or ask her if she knows what a hoover looks like & if she cheekily says no, say then let me introduce you & if she says yes..say really I thought you never because you don't seem to use it.
