Hair and make up artist for my wedding and she only lives about 30 minutes away!
I have been searching for what seems like weeks now for someone and have been quoted some ridiculous prices - £170 upwards!! I thought I was going to have to have my usual hairdressers do it, but at £50 an hour for the hair, and make up, well they couldn't give me a price as it all depended on how much make up, style etc but would start at around £70 - I was beginning to think I may have to do it myself and enlist the help of my best friend and sister (just hoping I wouldn't end up looking like a clown! lol ) Just by chance I clicked on the suppliers link at the top of the page and had a peek to see who was on it. I phoned a couple of numbers with no reply ..... then I called Laura :0) She sounds absolutely lovely and friendly! She's emailed me her price list and for the trial AND wedding day hair and make up - £120, RESULT!!! Will be paying my deposit at the end of the month, am soooooooooo excited!! :0)
