Hi,

I am gettig married in April 2017 ,I purchase dress last year October 2017 ,as I didnt try dress in shop as my size was not their ,I just kept and saw dress on myself on mirror and paid advance ,I was liking that dress that day ,when dress was customized and tailor stiched then when I try on ,I didnt like it ,all design look awful and material is completly different and damage it look like,I reply them and no response to shop about this things . My query is ,do you also feel the same I am feeling ,like changing the dress and I have only 11 weeks for wedding dress to buy as my wedding is in aborad and I am going one week ealry. I said them to change top and they are making new one . I doubt they will return my advance . What suggesstion I can do last moment.help!

Hi Asha, if you really are unhappy with the dress there are large dress outlets where you can try on and buy different dresses and take them away with you that day. G00gle wedding dress outlets to find one near you. They are often less than £300.

Maybe after they have done the alterations to the top half you'll like the original dress more? There is still time, don't worry x

Hi Asha, if the dress isnt to the standard it was when you tried it on in the shop you should put in a formal complaint, maybe they can offer you a swap for a dress of the rack?

Thanks but I paid 500 pounds for dress and I worried they will refund back or swap dress . I am trying to call them but no reaply, I think I need to go their this weekend . Let see how it works finger crossed
