really like the idea of embossing paper myself, has anyone else done it themselfs. is it easy? whats an embossing folder?

Embossing is really easy to do but you neeed an embossing machine to so it.
Embossing folders are the little plastic folders which have the pattern on eg. Swerils. you place your card in the folder and wind this through the machine and your done.

Hi! Just posted on your wall where I got mine & how much for.
I love my embossing machine - I got really carried away & made way too many save the dates - its just so quick, easy & effective. I even embossed the envelopes!
It works a bit like making a sandwich of the from piece of card inbetween two layers of the embossing folder (template), with a thick plate on top and underneath. Wind it through the machine, and the card gets pressed with the design from the template.
